I think it is ridiculous how these tourneys are managed. As far as I know (and I could be wrong) the tourney was only suspended for the first hour prior to the first round so how do so many golfer not finish their second round on Friday. Anyway subs are not due until prior to the first tee time on Sunday.

how exactly is the Phoenix Open not worth tier two. I have to disagree with that as I don't only think it's worth tier I think it's one of the top tier 2 events. just look at the field we have here and look at the fact that Rory McIlroy came over to make this his first event over here.
