I need you to officially declare if your intention is to start no lineup because that would actually not cost you the $2.00 for this tourney. If you didn't declare at all (which by your post I assume you mean to start no lineup). Technically if someone has no starters but they didn't declare it they would be charged for a missed lineup. |
