1) Rory McIlroy - I do agree with this pick but I can see a letdown looming for Rory this week
2) Henrik Stenson - Maybe a few slots too high but he obviously deserves a high ranking
3) Jordan Spieth - I believe he will finish in the top 10 this week
4) Jim Furyk - I like Jim but keep wondering how much he has left in the tank and he keeps proving that he isn't running on fumes
5) Justin Rose - can't argue with this pick, it looks like so far Bolton is off the sustance he was on last week
6) Hideki Matsuyama - Another one that I agree with this week
7) Jason Day - he has been up and down this year. Not worn out from match play, I would probably raise him up a couple of notches.
8) Paul Casey - not very good recent results here. Would have to bump down about 10 slots.
9) Louis Oosthuizen - He is coming into form
10) J.B. Holmes - Seems like a good fit at Sawgrass
11) Jimmy Walker - seems to be going through a slight downturn. Not feeling it with him this week.
12) Matt Kuchar - Seems about right for the Kooch.
13) Garcia - up and down lately - I think he will do well this week. Rated about right.
14) Hunter Mahan - one good week and suddenly the respect comes. Gotta bump him down about 10 spots.
15) Billy Horschel - just about anything could happen with him this week. He could win or could miss the cut. I say not in top 20 this week.
16) Lee Westwood - I don't know if I am drinking the Lee coolaid just yet. I would drop him a few spots.
17) Zach Johnson - he could definately contend this week. I think top 20 is very possible.
18) Gary Woodland - see Hunter Mahan. If he can put his long drives in the fairway I give him a chance.
19) Adam Scott - nope, aint happening for the Aussie this week. Just not in form for this kind of a test this week.
20) Tiger Woods - his history is not near as good here as at other places - can't afford wayward drives quite as much here as Augusta.
Others deserving consideration
Rickie Fowler - saw some signs of life at Match Play
Brandon Grace - see Fowler without as much of a slump pre match play
Bill Haas - I like him this week
Russell Henley - He has been playing well lately
Charley Hoffman - Has also been playing well and made a big run at the match play beating Day and Z Johnson
Dustin Johnson - surprise omission from rankings this week
Martin Kaymer - only deserves mention because he is defending champ
Russell Knox - I like him this week
Brooks Koepka - I may have ranked him this week
Marc Leishman - He seems like the type of solid player that can get through the Stadium Course
Ben Martin - I think he does well this week
Phil Mickelson - I would have ranked him
Ryan Moore - has been playing well
Kevin Na - so many good players that are not ranked this week but there are only 20 spots
Ian Poulter - will the match play disappointment carry over
Patrick Reed - I am surprised he isn't ranked
Kyle Stanley - I am just testing to see if you are paying attention, one of about 50 alternates so probably won't play
My top 10 this week since this is a fantasy major
1) Jordan Spieth - I am going to ride this bandwagon one more week until he proves otherwise
2) Phil Mickelson - I just have a gut feeling this week
3) Hideki Matsuyama - he has been very good this year
4) Justin Rose - He is back
5) Sergio Garcia - annoys be but am picking him anyway
6) J.B. Holmes - I can't ignore him any longer the way he is playing
7) Brooks Koepka - he might be young for this course but I like his game
8) Jason Day - I worry a bit about some of his wayward shots getting him wet this week
9) Russell Knox - a bit of a homer pick
10) Rory McIlroy - despite having a letdown I will stick pick him top 10
