There is a law suit filed to possibly allow the LIV golfers to play in the Fed Ex Cup playoffs. If the injunction occurs what does everyone think. If this happens should we allow only the teams that dropped those players to be able to pick them up again if they become eligible.

I can’t see it happening as legal shit takes forever and the playoffs start next week but I am fine with it

I am fine with it as well.
Obviously the original transaction was made under the assumption that said dropped player WOULD NOT be playing anymore for the remainder of the PGA Tour season.
If that situation is reversed via the courts and they are allowed to play, I see no issues with granting that player back to the original owner, free of charge so long as they make a drop to keep the roster limit in tact.

I do not agree with the free of charge part of it because those that dropped the players did benefit from the players that they added.

Well if a person gets the player back free of charge then they should have to give up the player they replaced them with,maybe this is something that should be revisited next year, I can see peeps being pissed about any new rules this late in the season,players were dropped and new players were used for points so it’d be a tough decision

If even one person thinks this is not a good idea than it should not happen. It looks like it is a moot point as the PGA won the injunction ruling.
