So the good old USA decides to play their home match of the Ryder Cup at a links course in Wisconsin on lake Michigan. On top of it the course can apparently be compared to courses in Ireland. The U.S.A has no one to blame but themselves if they lose the cup again. With that decision they deserve to lose it actually. There are so many traditional American courses that this can be on but they choose to give Europe an advantage that they don't need to give them. Who is responsible for this decision?
