Met "the Hammer" last night.....

Cole Hammer.  

All 5'9" 125 lbs of him.  

Was standing in baggage claim at Sav/HHI intl. airport, and a sportily dressed young man sidled up next to me.  
I noticed he had a "2021 Walker Cup" badge on his golf polo.....UTexas golf hat on.  

I congratulated him/team, what it was like meeting Pres Bush, etc (didn't know how he did individually, so didn't comment on that)  

I told him Savannah's Brian Harman was key to a Walker Cup win awhile back, and he was aware of it.  
I was going to ask if Harman was his fave playa, too....but I resisted.  
He asked if I was from Savannah, etc....then his mom (I think) walked up and chatted.  

I see he's in the tourney this week in South Carolina, so he must have been arriving for that.  

So,,,,gotta add him for the week....he must be turning pro this week.  Maybe this is the "sign" I need to turn the SIMafia around, lol.  

Nice kid/young man.  

Grabbed my mom's bags, and told him "best of luck on the Tour!"

If he blows up big-time....gonna be pissed  I didn't get a fan-boi selfie.
