Yeah and Poulter is the most mentally stable guy on tour. Now that is hilarious Poulter really melted down big time at the Honda on a few different holes. When he is on, he is on but when he is off he is way off. Maybe his personality has the same type of traits. I am not a Patrick Reed guy either. He is a good golfer but not one that will likely ever be on my team. Kind of like Mahan for some as he doesn't seem real liked. Right now I don't like him either because he sucks so bad. Is Doral our best tier 2 tourney of the season? I know there are others like Match play and the Memorial but Doral just seems like a real good tourney. During our first fantasy golf season Watney won there for me in one of our first ever tournaments we ever competed in if not the first. We didn't start our first year until March.

Now, granted ---Poults speaks his mind...always have liked him ---but he isn't one of my FAVORITES. Most of my favorites are "good guys" ---Day, Scott, Choi, etc. Hey, Poulter though---especially on Saturday---his purple shirt and pants---that was snazzy --and he carries the look better than almost anyone. Guy looks like he can have tea while golfing... *lol*

Imagine the value of Poulter if every event was match play. Too bad for him the Ryder Cup doesn't take place 4 times a year like the majors do.

Wow JB had himself a round today. I didn't think anyone could shoot -10 with wind on that course. Pretty impressive. Ryan Moore had an incredible round as well. Figured if I benched Schwartzel he would kick it into gear. Let's see if he can keep it up.

The top two stay the same after the 2nd round. Adam Scott moved up to serious contention and will be a factor for the weekend. Same for Watson and Stenson who both have work to do at 5 back but with plenty of time to move to the top. Dustin Johnson is up there again and Sergio had a good round today to move up towards the top as well. There is a list of impressive golfers at -1 including Simpson, Furyk, Westwood, Schwartzel, Koepka, McIlroy and Senden. Those at even par or worse are probably not going to visit the winners circle but ya never know. Disappointments this week include Zach Johnson, Day, Dufner, Poulter and Mahan.

JB Holmes is holding strong at the top with a 5 shot lead. He will try to go wire to wire. Between Dustin Johnson and Bubba Watson I expect one of them to make a run and keep the pressure on Holmes to golf well to hold on. I am going to predict a final round collapse from Holmes tomorrow. It wouldn't surprise me if he won but I kind of went with a morbid prediction. Today Adam Scott kind of golfed himself to the fringe of being out of the tournament but because of his excellence I will consider his chances still alive. Bill Haas had a heck of a round at 65 and has an outside shot. If Holmes slips up and the leader ends up -7 that would put everyone in it that is -3 or better. I think it is a bit of a strech to consider any of the -1's to still have a reasonable chance to win. That would mean that McIlroy won't win it either. On a personal note Warren and Illonen both golfed themselves into a much better position to score good points tomorrow. Keegan Bradley continues to be a frustrating golfer to own.

How about those 2 aces today almost right after each other?
Holmes ball striking has been off the charts. He looks very strong heading into tomorrow but we all know how different Sundays can be.
I loved seeing Ooosty healthy and playing great today.

Actually...you may have noticed I didn't start of even sub V-Dub this week. He had a rough time last year here...He actually played well the first three rounds. It was nice seeing him look like himself...but today was a disaster. Thankfully I had my other Frenchman on my roster....but Victor did well at August a last year. ..so we will see. I think it was interesting how when Roy was asked that if it wasn't a WGC event, would he play Doral. Rory said that was an interesting question. I think some would maybe pass...not just Rory. Wow...These first two Florida tourneys have been quite draining on the players.

Yes, seems like there were some big swings with many of these players. Rory would make a nice move and then fall all the way back. Luiten was down toward the bottom and then made some moves but was so far out it didn't matter. Has to be draining to battle back and then just fall out of it again. And, when it happened it seemed to happen quickly.
