Subs are due before 2:25AM Central Time on Saturday morning. Central time is 6 hours behind the time at Royal Troon Golf Club. I tried to put a vote out there regarding the new substitution rule and did not get everyone to respond. Therefor since those who voted, voted unanimously to change the rule the new rule is now in effect. Now the new rule is that all subs are due by the first tee time (regardless of which round it is) the day after the cut actually takes place. This tourney since the cut happened when it was supposed to the subs are due prior to the first tee time Saturday.

Just the way my season has gone. Had a great start with 7+ really high and all of them except 1 gets shafted with the horrible draw of crappy weather where only a couple players are under par total from.
