I have an actual Friday afternoon free...figure I can watch a little golf on Golf Channel. Well...as known and expected....the scenery is gorgeous as only Pebble Beach can be. However, Jason,Jordan,DJ, Rose, etc. Are all out playing...Lefty having great round...Jacobson out there.....yet here I am watching what Carson frickin' Daly and Condeliza Rice are doing instead of the actual tournament. This is B.S.  |

I realize they cover mainly the Pebble Beach course...but they just showed briefly an amateur playing alongside Jason Day....God forbid we actually show JASON DAY. Sheesh!

We had a guy putting for a 59 today...the current leader...but instead I am watching Kenny G putt. Iwata is about the only significant guy I have been watching...this is ridiculous.

OMG I agree Josh. If the effin celebs want to play fine but please don't show them as most are an embarrassment to the game and take away from a pro tourney. What person is actually going to tune in to watch the celebrities play golf. If I want to watch Huey I will go to one of his concerts. If I want to watch Justin Timberlake I will watch SNL when he is on as he is actually quite funny and a good actor. I just don't want to see him golfing. If I want to watch an NFL player I will watch them on a different grass on Sunday. There is a time for celebrities but watching them hack up a golf course is not that time.

I work this weekend... 5:30am both days. I come home at 2pm though...so I can still salvage some golf. Besides Freddie kicking some more butt, now that he is free from not worrying about his son's health...Jason Day is moving up the leader board getting near the top. I know this because I am looking at my phone. I AM watching...but Day...I hardly have seen ANY fucking shots by a an actual golfer! Yes...if you want to include a couple shots here and there of celebs, especially if an actual nice shot...FINE...but we want to watch REAL GOLF! If they do this shit on Sunday...I cannot believe this.

I haven't actually watched any of the golf coverage yet this week. I never have a golfer that actually makes the Sunday coverage so it kind of takes away from some of the excitement. It looks like 2 irresistable forces are colliding. The greatness of Jordan Spieth and the patheticness of my golf team. My patheticness is winning out and even Jordan can't stop that force.
