Add Jerry Kelly and Davis Love III Drop Immelman and Broberg Jerry Kelly cannot be added until 11PM the day that is 72 hours after a player (Kelly) is dropped. I can add him to your roster but he is not eligible to be used as a replacement because he can't be added to your roster until after the tourney starts. Kelly is eligible to be added to a roster at 11PM on June 30th. Since he cannot be added until that time you can still elect not to pick him up as long as that request is in by 11PM tonight, otherwise because he is already posted on the website he will be considered yours. In the meantime technically another team can still add him before 11PM if they are lower in the current point standings. |

The following is the rule relevant to Rich's addition of Kelly.

. During tournaments added golfers are not allowed to be on active status nor be allowed to be swapped into active status during the same tourney they were added to a roster. They will have to wait until the next tournament to be used. Each add/drop transaction is $2. Once a transaction is posted on the website the transaction becomes final and official at that time so be careful to make sure you are certain you want to make a transaction before posting it. For all dropped golfers there will be a 3 day waiting period before that golfer is able to be added to another roster including being added to the roster of the team that dropped them. In the 3 day waiting period if more than one team wants to add the golfer they will be awarded to the team with the lowest points in the standings of the week during which the golfer was dropped. The team that drops the golfer will automatically be placed at the end of the priority waiver order to avoid teams simply dropping a golfer knowing they will be able to pick up that golfer later. Once the golfer has been on waivers for 72 hours the time they will be able to be picked up is 11PM of that day.
