Ryan for tournaments that don't have a cut you do need to have your subs in prior to the third round assuming that the second round gets completed on Friday so you made the right call by putting them in. I get that, just don’t understand how Josh and Tim’s subs were allowed last tournament but whatever. |

because last tournament there was a cut this tournament there's not a cut. the cut actually didn't happen I believe until Sunday of last week

when a tournament has a cut Subs are due before the first tee time of the day after the cut was made. when there's not a cut Subs are due after the second round is over but prior to the first tee time of the next day. Ryan your subs were allowed as you posted them and they could have been changed any time until the first tee time on Saturday of this particular tournament
