The player has to post at 3:00 or later. Scott Brown will not be valid until re-requested at 3PM or after.

he sent an email earlier that said we could I thought? then one later that sort of contradicted it but I read this as a $5.00 add with no drop.

I never said what time the adds could start until I made 3PM the official time. Otherwise I could just say that one add has been approved and list my player in the same post which would be unfair. This is for general fairness so everyone has forewarning to when they can add a player.
