Again...just to let you know about the course....and the area. It is a first rate complex...the city/area it is located is very beautiful...and a lot of money goes into it. The secret place where if WWIII were to break out and we needed to hide away our best and brightest leaders in multiple fields is located here...I fogot how many it was set up to hold for how long.
This is NOT the Hatfield-McCoys type West Virginia you normally stereotype about. This is a great course....just the event is very average. Too bad really...

Rod of Purple, I agree with you on the course. Very nice and it is tough to argue ever getting rid of a West Virginia nature course from the PGA tour. I can without a doubt state that the U.S. Open would have been much better off here than at Shine-a-cock. You know what would be a cool announcement by the PGA. Starting in the first year the U.S. Open isn't already accounted for make a 50 year agreement that the Open is played in each of the 50 states for the next 50 years and none of the courses can be regular stops on the tour. I imagine states like Delaware or North Dakota could be a difficult stop. |

Keep this on the DL.....it holds 3,100 max capacity. Harman & I share bunk beds, among other various and sundry Illuminatis. IT's protective time set is for plutonium's half-life. I have been selected (genetics testing) to repopulate the Earth with Allison Stokke. (Nice to consider I'll have a virgin 😎)  |
